First Communications Optical Transport Service Description

Optical Transport services are provided over the First Communications Dense Wavelength Division Multipexing (DWDM) network infrastructure launched in 2009. This network supports 1 G to 40 G services and is scalable to 100 G services. The Optical Transport service is an unprotected wave service delivered at First Communications’ network access points as a two-fiber handoff.
