To ensure 24x7 network availability, the First Communications Network Operations Center (NOC) employs a team of 24x7 switch engineers. This team is responsible for monitoring and maintaining network performance. In addition to the NOC, a team of field technicians manage customer premise equipment installation and maintenance.
